Symbols Spray-Painted On Walls, Benches, Walkways Of Shrine In Manorville

Detectives are on the lookout for the individual or individuals responsible for vandalizing property at a shrine on Long Island.

Police are looking for the individual(s) suspected of painting this series of symbols and letters on walls, benches and walkways at Shrine of Our Lady of the Island (258 Eastport Manor Road) sometime between Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10.

Suffolk County Police say a series of symbols and letters, pictured above, were painted on walls, benches and walkways at Shrine of Our Lady of the Island in Manorville (258 Eastport Manor Road) sometime between Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10.
